All Fire-rated work receives a Certificate of Conformity once the job is complete. The certificate provides assurance that the fire resisting products used are appropriate for the end use conditions and that the installation of those products or systems has been carried out according to the manufacturer’s specification.
We can provide Operations and Maintenance manuals for a completed contract, if requested upon placing the order. The Manual covers the scope of our works, complete with maintenance instructions and operating procedures for items such as automatic door controls.
Fire rated Steel Glazing & Doors - Special Applications
Ballistic
Designed as a primary system against attack, these systems offer protection from all firearms as specified under BSSOSI classes GO to R2 inclusive.
Blast
Also designed as a primary system to prevent integrity failure of the glazing and frame support in doors, screens, windows and curtain walling systems. This system will give protection from an explosive device of up to 3.6KN m 2 detonated within a range of 3.8 meters of the system.
Anti - Bandit
Consisting of steel profiles and accessories, designed to offer protection from forced entry using crowbars, vehicles, levers, glass removing devices and from repeated physical attacks.
Our products can be supplied in wide range of finishes which include Polyester Powder coating. All our quotations are based on a standard RAL color unless otherwise requested.

Fire - Rated Doors
Available in double or single door sets with an extensive choice of ironmongery, these applications can be manufactured from a variety of profiles giving ratings from E30 to E180 and EI30 to EI60.
Ironmongery items can include bolt on or weld on hinges, mag locks, dead locks, lever handles, latch locks, stainless steel pull handles, door closers, floor springs, panic escape hardware etc. Auto gear is also available dependent on the fire rating required. These are all available in a variety of finishes.

Our finishes include Standard RAL Colors and Metallic Satin Stainless Brushed and Mirror Finished Polished Stainless Steel. Profiles are available in pre galvanized, electric galvanized, or stainless steel – 304 grade or 316 grade.
Our door applications can be fitted with a double glazed or single glazed unit depending on whether it is an internal or external application. We can also install fire resistant panels finished to Standard or Metallic RAL colors. We can install up to 26mm thick double-glazed unit in our integrity only systems and up to a 41 mm double the bead studs and bead specially developed for these products. The Screen and Window systems also use beads for glazing.
We can manufacture these applications from many different profile suppliers. Although profiles are provided by different manufacturers, the differences are subtle. All our systems are tested to the appropriate standards to fulfill our customers’ requirements.
Fire Rated Screens & Windows
Much like the door systems, however with less ironmongery, these profiles are available in pre galvanized, electric galvanized and stain less steel 304/316 grade.
These applications are available in an E30 system up to an E120 system or from an EI30 system up to an EI120 system.
Our finishes include Standard RAL Colors and Metallic, Satin Stainless Brushed and Mirror Finished Polished Stainless Steel.
Our window applications can be fitted with a double glazed or single glazed unit depending on whether it is an internal or external application. We can also install fire resistant panels finished to Standard or metallic RAL colors.
Butt Jointed System
We offer a variety of butt jointed systems in different ratings. Our systems offer ratings from an E30 up to an EI60 system. We can also offer slim line profiles on certain systems for the outer frame to minimize the amount of framework seen by our customer. A clear silicone joint can be used where the gl joints so hardly any of the joints is noticeable.
Curtain Wall
This system is very different from the profiles used for the doors windows applications, not just in the way it looks but also in the way it’s glazed.
It is assembled on site using pressure plate and pressure plate screws to grip the glass and hold it in place. Aluminum capping, powder coated to the color of choice is applied over top to cover the robust looking pressure plate and it’s fixing points.
Using a variety of profile depth s we are able to provide an aesthetically pleasing method of glazing over a large span using any thickness of glass. Curtain wall profile is also an effective system for the outside of buildings, typically office buildings, for the use of blast resistant and impact resistant glazing.

Roof lights
Much like the fixed light and screen systems, however with no ironmongery, these profiles are available in pre galvanized, electric galvanized or stainless steel – 304 grade or 316 grade.
These applications are available in an E30 system up to E120 system, or from EI30 system up to EI60 system.
